Does each user get access to all programs?
Yes! Each user will have unlimited access to the full AIHR curriculum of courses and certificate programs, as well as courses, resources, a global HR community, and coaching. They will have the same benefits as they would get with an individual license. Any future releases will automatically become available to you as well.

Your team license comes with three levels of support:
- A Learning Consultant to help you drive adoption and business impact (teams of 6+).
- Learning Coaches for each member, to help them create learning journeys and provide accountability.
- The AIHR community with 15,000+ HR Professionals and our subject matter experts.
It is your Learning consultants’s goal to ensure you and your team succeed and achieve the learning goals you set. Upon your request, they will schedule a kick-off session with you and your team.
On top of the LC and Learning Coach, the community is a great place to get feedback and input on the real-world HR challenges you are facing.
Clients with six or more users receive dedicated learning support.
Can I add more users later?
Sure, additional users may be added at any time. Just contact [email protected] to make the request. If you will be securing licenses for over 10 users, please schedule a call with one of our learning consultants.
How can I complete payment?
Credit card is the easiest and fastest way to complete your team license payment. We accept a wide range of cards in different currencies. You can pay via bank transfer but please note it will significantly delay the activation of your team license. International bank transfers take up to seven days to be received and must be requested through our bank transfer form.
